The buffet layout seemed odd, as you enter from outside rather than the reception area, which was less intuitive. Housekeeping missed changing out a stained bed sheet, and there were crumbs under the sofa bed cushions, which left a bit to be desired.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, just what we needed for our little one! And the staff, they were totally accommodating. I lost my key card like a rookie, and they just smiled, replaced it, and didn’t make me feel like an idiot. breakfast was lovely, lots of selection and served till check out, perfect when you’re managing a baby’s schedule.
